Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from Grailora.com / Grailora.dk, operated by SBO ApS (CVR no. 44264838).

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched with a tracked and fully insured service. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation; they are indicative and may vary by destination and customs processing.

Each watch is held in secure bank storage and prepared individually for dispatch once payment has cleared. As a result, dispatch may take place after payment is confirmed rather than immediately at the time of order.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk and Title

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provide (or on collection by you or a person you authorize, or by you in person at an arranged viewing appointment).

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will refund the item price (less actual outbound shipping and return costs) or re-ship the item against payment of new shipping charges.

International Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are charged by your customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them on customs documentation.

Certain materials may be subject to import or export restrictions in some countries (for example, watch straps made from CITES-listed or other protected animal materials). We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be shipped to your country.

Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. When prices are viewed in other currencies, conversion is based on DKK and prevailing exchange rates; final payment is processed in DKK. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.
