Payments

Grailora.com accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Apple Pay. Certain products are excluded from direct credit-card purchase and are available by inquiry only. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Credit-card payments are captured only when the physical item ships or the digital service is created, unless otherwise agreed. Your issuer may place an authorization hold at the time of order.

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. Some items are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods (Danish VAT Act, Chapter 17 / EU margin scheme); under this scheme, VAT is not deductible on the invoice. When prices are viewed in other currencies, conversion is based on DKK and prevailing exchange rates; final payment is processed in DKK. Any card-issuer conversion or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Grailora.com uses a secure payment server with SSL encryption, ensuring your payment data is processed securely and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

Shipping, delivery and taxes

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched with tracked and insured service. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; they are indicative and may vary by destination and customs processing.

Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide (or on collection by a person you authorize). If a parcel is returned as undeliverable/uncollected, we will refund the item price (less actual shipping and return costs) or re-ship against payment of new shipping charges.

International duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are charged by your customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them.

Certain works or materials may be restricted (e.g., ivory, tortoiseshell, CITES-listed species, cultural-goods export permits). We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to your country.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Grailora.com. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you authorize) receive the goods.

Exceptions

  • Purchases made in person are not covered (goods are “purchased as seen”).

  • Business purchases (B2B/bulk) are not covered.

  • Custom services such as made-to-order framing (where provided) are non-refundable once performed.

How to exercise your right
Notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw. After notifying us, return the item(s) within 14 days. Use our contact form on this website or email us to Oryvirk@gmail.com to obtain return instructions.

Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct cost of return shipping under the right of withdrawal. For international returns, clearly mark the parcel “Returned Goods—No Commercial Value” to avoid import charges; any such charges deducted from the refund are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
We refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound shipping (if any). Upgraded/express shipping is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Condition of returned goods
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods—similar to examining an item in a physical gallery. If used beyond this, a reasonable deduction may be made.

 

Warranty / Claims (Defects)

Purchases are covered by a 2-year statutory right to claim for defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers manufacturing/material defects that existed at delivery and are discovered during normal use.

Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; a complaint within 2 months is always considered timely. For a justified claim, we will refund reasonable, documented return-shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

The right to claim does not cover faults arising from incorrect use, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, normal wear, or damage occurring after delivery. Please contact us before sending returns; we do not accept COD shipments.
