Every watch we sell is inspected before listing. Authenticity is assessed individually and described honestly on each product page. Any modifications or replaced parts are noted in the description, along with service history where available.

Where a watch is confirmed genuine, we say so and stand behind that description. Where originality cannot be confirmed of a part, we describe it honestly and price it accordingly. All items ship from Denmark, fully tracked and insured, worldwide. Risk passes to you on delivery. Within the EU there are no additional customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and depend on your location.

Local pickup is available by appointment in Aalborg (Denmark) — items are held in secure storage and shown individually. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–4 days.

Payment: Orders placed through this website are paid by bank transfer only. After ordering, you'll receive our bank details and a payment reference; your order is reserved once payment is received. We do not accept card payments on the website due to previous fraudulent attempts.

For local customers we can accept 14.900 DKK in cash as part of the payment

VAT: Pre-owned items are sold under the EU VAT margin scheme, under which VAT is not separately deductible. If an item is sold under normal VAT, this will be stated in the product description.

Returns: As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the item must be returned in the condition described and complete with everything included at the time of sale. Refunds are issued by bank transfer to the originating account. Your statutory 2-year right to complain (reklamationsret) under Danish law is separate and unaffected.
